How To (whose involved and how?)
Peter Crichton who has broad based senior experience in the public sector as well as the private sector. His experience includes senior positions at the provincial as well as the municipal levels of government. He has extensive knowledge and experience of the issues regarding the management of public sector, social and health related programs including institutional based and board operated publicly funded non-profit organizations. Facilitating processes and developing results based strategies are particular skill sets that Peter brings to any project.
In addition Peter has particular experience in undertaking environmental scans that assist in formulating alternatives to system and organizational issues as well as forming the basis for strategic and operational planning. As such, he brings a tremendous understanding of the human services environment and the needs of its various populations, which will be critical in developing an understanding of the relevance of existing programs as well as options for future development. In addition, Peter has particular skills in project management, negotiations and problem solving.
Margaret Gallow has extensive senior experience in the health and social services, including most recently assisting in the divestiture of the Ontario's psychiatric hospitals. She is a results oriented consultant with a reputation for improving organizational performance.
Margaret is a skilled facilitator who is extremely adept at team building and developing processes that involve people in finding solutions that bring results. Margaret's ability to bring out the best in people is highly regarded by all those who have worked with her. She has particular skill sets in mediation and conflict resolution.

D. Cornish has provided a wide range of consulting services to government and voluntary sector organizations. Throughout his professional career Don has applied his skills to the development of organizations that have a clear focus upon the consumer. Management of change has been central to much of his work. Don believes that careful environmental scanning and consultation is critical in the preparation for change. The process not only develops required information and identifies critical and sometimes sensitive issues; it also creates an environment of openness and a sense of participation in the change process.
Murray Hutchings is a seasoned human resource specialist with extensive experience in the public and not-for-profit voluntary sectors. Murray specializes in the areas of human resources policies and procedures, recruitment and selection and performance personnel management. He has broad based experience in the areas of compensation and benefits.
In addition Murray has an indepth knowledge of collective agreements, negotiations as well as grievance procedures and processes. His knowledge of labour standards and labour board settlement processes is extensive.
